Is the hadith narrated on the authority of Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), in which the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) asked her about "al-Mugharrabun" and explained them as "those in whom the jinn participate," authentic?

The Hadith in question is weak and not authentic due to its numerous defects. Among them are the unknown identity of Umm Hamid, the deception (tadlis) of Abd al-Malik ibn Jurayj, and the weakness of his father, Abd al-Aziz. Its meaning revolves around the jinn sharing in a person's child, and this could carry several interpretations: neglecting the remembrance of Allah during intercourse, or Satan tempting a person to commit fornication, or Satan conveying information to soothsayers. These individuals were called "mugharribin" (strangers/foreigners) due to a foreign lineage entering into them or their coming from a distant ancestry.
