Is a memorizer of the Noble Qur’an susceptible to demonic possession (mass), sorcery (sihr), or envy (hasad)? And in case of affliction, what is the way to get rid of it? And does it transfer from one person to another?

A memorizer of the Qur'an can indeed be afflicted by magic (sihr) or jinn possession (mass), just as it happened to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and some of his Companions. The tribulation of the righteous is a common occurrence, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The people most severely tested are the Prophets, then those who are like them, then those who are like them." In case of affliction, treatment with Ruqyah Shariah is necessary. Nevertheless, a bearer and reciter of the Qur'an is often far removed from jinn possession and being affected by magic, because devils flee from a place where the Qur'an is recited, especially Surat Al-Baqarah.
