Are returning and initiating greetings to people—with intention—considered among the allusive expressions? And is the 'ismah affected if the final taslim in prayer—"Peace be upon you, O Prophet… Peace be upon us and upon the righteous servants of Allah"—is accompanied by an intention? And is saying "may Allah grant you life" among the allusive expressions?

A husband's uttering of "al-Salam" (peace) or "Hayyak Allah" (may Allah preserve you) is not considered among the explicit pronouncements of divorce or its allusions. Therefore, divorce does not occur through them, even if he intended it, because these phrases do not convey the meaning of divorce nor are they used for it. Rather, they are part of a Muslim's greeting or a supplication for them. Ibn Qudamah clarified that phrases that do not resemble divorce and do not indicate separation do not result in divorce, even if he intended it, because the wording does not convey it. It is also advised not to succumb to divorce-related delusions.
