What is the ruling of Islam regarding the art of origami, which is a Japanese art of folding paper and transforming it into shapes such as birds, animals, or flowers?

It is permissible to learn drawing that which has no soul, such as flowers, trees, and inanimate objects. The same applies to drawing living beings if their features are not clear. It is better for a Muslim to utilize their time in what benefits them in their religion and worldly life.
