Is one sinful for denying the verse of stoning the elderly man and woman, or Abu Musa Al-Ash'ari's statement, "Indeed, we used to recite a surah that resembled Bara'ah in length"?

Denying the verse of stoning out of ignorance requires teaching its denier that its wording has been abrogated while its ruling remains. However, denying it after knowing about it is a sin and misguidance, based on the saying of Umar, may Allah be pleased with him: "I fear that a time will come upon people when someone will say, 'We do not find stoning in the Book of Allah,' and thus they will go astray by abandoning an obligation Allah has revealed. Indeed, stoning is a truth for whoever commits adultery while being married." This applies to whatever has had its wording abrogated but its ruling remains.
