What is the share of each heir from the estate, given the presence of the wife's deferred dower, if the heirs are three daughters and three full brothers?

The deferred dower is a debt upon the husband, to be paid from his estate before its division among the heirs. In the event of the deceased's death, leaving three daughters and three full brothers, and having no other heirs (such as a wife, father, or mother), the daughters receive two-thirds, as Allah Almighty says: "But if there are [only] daughters, two or more, for them is two thirds of what he left." The remainder goes to the full brothers equally, based on the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to those who are entitled to them; and whatever remains is for the nearest male heir."

The inheritance is divided into nine shares: each daughter receives two shares, and each full brother receives one share.

Finally, matters of inheritance are complex and critical, and one should not rely solely on a fatwa. Rather, they should be referred to Sharia courts for investigation and to ensure there are no wills, debts, or other unknown heirs.
