Does the Prophet's saying, peace and blessings be upon him: "So pledge allegiance to him, even if crawling on snow," indicate that the earth will become meadows and rivers at the end of time?

Although the scholars of Hadith differed in their rulings on the hadith, it is authentically reported in Sahih Muslim from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The Hour will not be established until wealth becomes abundant and overflowing, so much so that a man will go out with the zakat of his wealth and find no one to accept it from him, and until the land of Arabia returns to being meadows and rivers."
