Is it permissible in Islamic law to marry a fiancé who is a smoker and holds aberrant and differing views on matters of religion, such as the ruling on smoking and music, and changing clothes in front of relatives?

Smoking is forbidden due to its harm. A smoker can be convinced of its harm medically and helped to quit it gradually. Among the things that aid in this are increasing voluntary fasting, supplication (du'a), and associating with righteous people. As for music, its evidence has been clarified, as have the limits of a man's 'awrah.
