Is "Al-Matlub" (The Sought) one of the Beautiful Names of Allah, and is it obligatory for someone named "Abd Al-Matlub" to change his name?

"Al-Matlub" (The Desired/Sought) is not one of Allah's Most Beautiful Names. Therefore, naming someone "Abd al-Matlub" (Servant of the Desired/Sought) is impermissible, as it signifies servitude to something that is not among Allah's names. Allah's Names are Tawqifiyyah (restricted to what is authentically reported in the Quran and Sunnah), and it is not permissible to use a name that has not been established by the Book and the Sunnah. Servitude to other than Allah must be changed.
