Is it permissible to create a distribution percentage for data at work instead of analyzing it with 100% accuracy, if that does not negatively affect the company?

One must adhere to 100% data analysis if it is stipulated in the contract, either explicitly or by custom, even if it is believed that not doing so will not harm the company. This is based on the Almighty's saying: "O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts," and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their stipulations, except for a stipulation that makes lawful what is unlawful, or unlawful what is lawful." For what is known by custom is like what is stipulated explicitly.
