Is it permissible to enter medical measurements and patient data approximately or based on previous measurements in order to obtain an additional portion of the salary, knowing that this action does not harm the patient and that not entering them does not cause a penalty other than not obtaining this portion of the salary?

It is not permissible to do that. One must abide by work regulations and limit oneself to the actual cases that were measured during the month, in fulfillment of contracts, in performance of the trust, to avoid lying and deception, and to keep away from the undeserved portion of the salary, because taking it through trickery and fraud is a betrayal of trust and a violation of the condition. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There is no faith for one who has no trustworthiness, and there is no religion for one who has no covenant," and "Muslims are bound by their conditions in what is lawful."
