How can a woman take care of herself when she has given all her energy to her home and children?

Allah has instilled in people a love for their children, and He has made children a trust upon the parents, especially the mother in the early years. The mother's reward for raising them well is immense. Allah has enjoined kindness to the mother in appreciation of her efforts, and if her intention is sincere, her child will be a joy to her, and she will benefit from his prayers and filial piety after her death. The mother must be patient in raising her children and seek reward [from Allah], for if they become righteous, they will be a source of joy for her in this world and the Hereafter. But if they become corrupt, the opposite will be true. Therefore, she must continue to raise them with virtue.
