What is the ruling on bringing infants or newborns to the mosque on the morning of Eid in severe cold?

It is permissible to bring infants and newborns to Eid prayer areas, as long as it does not result in hardship or harm to them. This is because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded all Muslims to go out to them, including women who do not pray, such as those menstruating, so that they may witness the goodness and the supplication of the Muslims.
