The paternal half-brothers: They inherit nothing as they are excluded by the full siblings.

The issue is corrected to 36 shares: the husband receives 18 shares, the mother receives 6 shares, and the remainder goes to the full siblings: each full brother receives 4 shares, and each full sister receives two shares.

The deceased's debts must be settled before the inheritance is divided.
