Did Uzair not see the life of the Barzakh despite his death for one hundred years? And what do Munkar and Nakir ask the previous nations in their graves?

The question of bringing the dead back to life in this world refers to general rulings that do not include exceptional cases and miracles. Examples of bringing the dead back to life in this world have been mentioned in Surah Al-Baqarah, but there is no mention in it of informing about the torment or bliss of the grave. Perhaps the states of the barzakh (interim period) are for those who died a death from which there is no return, and the questioning about the torment and bliss of the grave comes after the second death in exceptional cases.

As for the questioning in the grave, it is either specific to this Ummah, or for every Ummah according to its religion and its messenger.
