Is donating to mosques that teach the Quran or participating in building a mosque considered an implementation of a parent's will to build a school for teaching the Quran, knowing that the village is almost deserted and there is fear of teaching wrong beliefs there?

Executing a will is obligatory for one-third of the estate, unless there is a change, alteration, or delay, otherwise, its doer incurs great sin, for Allah the Almighty says: "Then whoever alters it after he has heard it – the sin is only upon those who alter it. Indeed, Allah is Hearing and Knowing." You must execute your father's will to build the school in your village, or appoint competent and trustworthy individuals to act on your behalf. Perhaps your father chose the village due to its need for education and the rectification of creed, or because relatives are more deserving of kindness. If the village is entirely abandoned, then you must move the school to the nearest needy village, or any other place that requires a Quranic school. This applies if your father bequeathed the building from one-third of his wealth. However, if it was a bequest specifically to you, then its execution is an act of filial piety, and there is no sin upon you if you build the school in another location you deem more suitable.
