What should we do with the the money obtained from selling a plot of land designated for building a mosque, knowing that our father's will was to build the mosque?

Executing a will is obligatory for one-third of the wealth according to the conditions set by the testator, and it is not permissible to alter or delay it, as Allah Almighty says: "But whoever alters it after hearing it - the sin is only upon those who alter it. Indeed, Allah is Hearing and Knowing." The father's will to build a mosque must be fulfilled if one-third of the wealth is sufficient for it, or if a donor is found to cover the deficit. If the one-third is not sufficient, and no donor is found, then the money should be spent on building another mosque or completing its construction, in order to realize the testator's intent, because the endower's purpose is in the type of deed, and the type is the same.
