Is it permissible for a person afflicted with urinary incontinence to wipe over his socks if he performs ablution for another impurity and the incontinence occurs during ablution, then he puts on his socks without another impurity occurring?

For someone afflicted with a constant impurity, such as urinary incontinence, their ablution (wudu') is not nullified by that impurity according to the Maliki school. It is, however, recommended for them to perform ablution if it does not cause hardship. The emission of this impurity during or after ablution and before wearing the khuff (leather socks) does not nullify the ablution; rather, it is nullified by other, non-constant impurities. It is permissible for a woman experiencing prolonged non-menstrual bleeding (mustahadah) to wipe over socks (jawrab) that are lined on both the inside and outside, which refers to those made of linen or cotton that resemble the shape of khuff.
