The divorce acknowledged by the husband is a confirmed divorce. As for the return (revocation of divorce), if the husband denies it, it is not established except with the testimony of two just witnesses, as the author of 'Al-Kafaf' said: "Two just witnesses are essential for guidance, marriage, apostasy, and their opposites, for return (revocation of divorce), for ownership, for Dhihar, and for Ila'." Al-Dasuqi said in his commentary: "Two witnesses are necessary to prove what she claims."
