The answer

There is no harm in accepting aid, though it is better to refrain from it due to the obligation it places upon one from the disbeliever. There is no harm in marrying women from foreign lands if they are Muslim, and it is even commendable if the intention is to help them lead a chaste life and to win over their hearts, especially if they are women of good character and religious commitment.

If they are People of the Book, it is permissible to marry them. However, if they are idolaters or have no religion, it is not permissible to marry them, due to the Almighty’s saying: ﴿And do not marry polytheistic women until they believe﴾ [Al-Baqarah: 221].

A young man's marriage without his parents' permission is valid, but it is better to avoid it unless there is a fear of temptation.

There is no harm in a young man intending to marry for wealth or other permissible matters, according to the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) saying: "A woman is married for four things: for her wealth, for her lineage, for her beauty, and for her religion. So, succeed with the one who is religious, may your hands be dusty." However, it is better that he intends to keep himself and his wife chaste and to increase the Muslim community, as the Almighty said: ﴿So now have relations with them and seek what Allah has ordained for you﴾ [Al-Baqarah: 187].

Young people are advised to hasten to marry if they are able, otherwise, they should fast and lower their gaze.
