How many times is the word "Fitnah" mentioned in the Quran? And in which verses is it mentioned?

The word "fitna" (فتنة) appears thirty-four times in the Al-Mu'jam al-Mufahras li Alfaz al-Quran al-Karim (Concordance of the Words of the Holy Quran). Thirty of these occurrences are with the word "al-fitna" (الفتنة) or "fitna" (فتنة) in various verses, and four times as a possessive (fitnatuka - فتنتك, fitnatukum - فتنتكم, fitnatuhu - فتنته, fitnatuhum - فتنتهم). Additionally, other verbs and derivatives of the word "fitna" (فتنة) are found in other parts of the Quran.
