What is the ruling of the Shari'ah on a wife remaining with a husband who desires the same sex and denies her marital rights? Is she sinful for doing so, and do the children inherit this inclination?

Homosexuality is a grave sin, and its perpetrator is an evil man with a perverted nature. He should be advised and efforts should be made to reform him. There is no harm in continuing to live with him if there is hope for his reform; otherwise, separation is better. The wife bears no sin due to her husband's actions, and this affliction will not be passed on to the children. Care should be taken to teach them matters of their religion, raise them according to Islamic etiquette, and connect them with a righteous environment.
