Should I agree to marry a righteous girl after repenting from masturbation and losing my libido?

If a person's desire has diminished and he no longer yearns for women, nor does he fear falling into the unlawful, then marriage is not obligatory for him; rather, it is permissible for him. And whoever does not need marriage due to having no desire or its disappearance, then there is no harm in him abstaining from it. However, if someone who has no desire marries and is unable to engage in sexual intercourse, he is considered impotent (عنين), and the wife has the right to seek annulment. If a person knows himself to be incapable of sexual intercourse, then he should refrain from marriage and apologize to the woman.
