What is the ruling on ridiculing the Divine Books, and what is the ruling on using a program that contains a page ridiculing them?

Ridicule of Allah, His verses, and His revealed books is disbelief (kufr), as stated in His Almighty saying: "And if you ask them, they will surely say, 'We were only conversing and playing.' Say, 'Is it Allah and His verses and His Messenger that you were ridiculing?' Make no excuses; you have disbelieved after your belief." This includes all heavenly books because they contain the name of Allah and His words. There is no sanctity for what has been distorted in the books, nor for ridiculing the falsehood found within them. As for using the program, there is no harm in it if it is for a permissible matter and does not promote falsehood.
