What is the legal ruling regarding a young man's dilemma between refusing his fiancée's family's condition that he reside with them in Port Said, while he lives in Sohag, and marrying his cousin, whom the Prophet (peace be upon him) described as "the one with piety," without whom life is unimaginable, especially since the deadline for a response has expired?

The condition stipulated by the woman at the time of the marriage contract, if it brings her benefit, such as the husband not traveling with her or residing with her in her country, must be fulfilled. The brother is not advised to marry this woman if she insists on this condition, unless his parents agree, because accepting it would be an act of disobedience to them.
