Is it permissible to perform Hajj with money from a blood compensation (money from my deceased brother's accident)?

There is no objection to performing Hajj with money from a brother's blood money (Diyyah). This money is lawful, its ruling is like that of money left by the deceased for their heirs, and it is akin to their own wealth with which debts are paid and bequests are permissible.
