The answer

If the father dies, all his sons and daughters inherit from him, whether they are full siblings or from different mothers. However, if one of the sons dies and he has full brothers and half-brothers (from the father's side), then the full brothers are the ones who inherit from him, because the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Give the shares of inheritance to those who are entitled to them, and whatever remains is for the closest male relative." And a full sister receives half the share of a full brother.
