Is it permissible to listen to a long and influential supplication clip by a شيخ (Shaykh) and repeat after him and supplicate with him during the Qunoot supplication in the Witr prayer? And does that invalidate the prayer?

Reciting Qunut in Witr prayer is recommended, not obligatory, and it is better not to do it continuously.
It was mentioned in the fatwas of Sheikh Ibn Baz that it is for the worshiper to recite Qunut personally with whatever supplications are easy for him, even if they are few. The supplication: "O Allah, guide me among those whom You have guided..." suffices.
As for listening to a recorded supplication from a phone or other device, it does not invalidate the prayer, but it is not required, and it is better to avoid it.
It is better for a person to supplicate with the duas he has memorized, and if he does not supplicate at all, there is no harm upon him.
