Did divorce occur based on the words uttered by the husband, or does divorce not occur in the aforementioned situations?

Two immediate divorces have occurred. As for the husband's statement: "If you speak to me this way again, you are divorced," this is a conditional divorce, not an immediate one. Its occurrence is contingent upon the fulfillment of the action it is conditioned upon, and this is the fatwa we adopt. However, if the action was due to forgetfulness or misinterpretation, the more preponderant view is that divorce does not occur then, and this is the opinion of the Shafi'is and Hanbalis.
