Is it permissible to publish anime pictures while fearing that others may view unlawful content or imitate the accounts? And is it permissible to watch an anime that measures people's souls, and another whose story is about a girl whose words are imprisoned by a jinn whose form is not mentioned?

There is no harm in using anime pictures on social media and the like, as long as they are free from Sharia prohibitions. It does not harm the account holder if someone sees the pictures and then tries to open a similar account that contains Sharia prohibitions, or watches movies that contain prohibitions, as publishing those pictures is not a forbidden assistance.
