Is it permissible for the exorcist (raqi) to conjure the jinn possessing the patient so that it leaves him and enters another person, while reciting verse (148) from Surat Al-Baqarah: "Wheresoever you may be, Allah will bring you all together. Truly, Allah is Able to do all things"?

This method is impermissible because the legitimate ruqyah (Islamic incantation) is performed directly on the patient, by reciting and blowing on them or on water they drink. It is not done through a loudspeaker or telephone. This contradicts what the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, did. Moreover, since the jinn belong to the unseen world, it cannot be definitively asserted that it is the same jinn present in the body of the absent patient. Furthermore, this action is a pathway to sorcery, and it exposes a healthy person to danger, illness, and obsessive thoughts.
