Is a daughter's saying to her father, "My Lord, you are stingy," considered an act of disobedience that necessitates remorse and fear of the father's not forgiving her?

It is not permissible to describe a father as stingy or to mistreat him. Whoever has done so must hasten to sincere repentance, apologize to the father, seek his forgiveness, and strive to honor and be kind to him. Sincere repentance is accepted, by Allah's will, and it erases what came before it, for "the one who repents from sin is like one who has no sin." Allah loves those who repent and rejoices in their repentance, and He replaces their bad deeds with good ones. Allah overlooks the lapses of a child that occur during annoyance and anger towards their parents if their original intention is to be dutiful and kind to them, in accordance with His saying, the Most High: "Your Lord is most knowing of what is within yourselves. If you should be righteous, then indeed He is ever Forgiving to the often returning [to Him]."
