Does presenting a project to request funding via a website contradict the noble Hadith: "A servant does not open a door of begging except that Allah opens for him a door of poverty"?

The default ruling for begging from people is prohibition, except in cases of necessity. This includes someone who begs from people to donate to their project while not being in need of it, but rather wanting an abundance of wealth. This is based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "No man opens a door of begging, desiring thereby abundance, except that Allah increases him thereby in scarcity."
