Is it permissible to draw a human face without features, and if so, is it permissible to draw it from all sides without features?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, informed that those who create images of living beings will be tormented on the Day of Judgment, because of his saying, "Give life to what you have created." However, images that are incomplete in features (those that lack a nose or eyes) are not included in the prohibited images, and there is no warning against those who make them, because they do not emulate Allah's creation, as stated in a fatwa by Sheikh Ibn Uthaymin.
