Is not wearing the hijab considered a sin in the event of coercion and prohibition by the father?

If the intended meaning of hijab is covering the body except for the face and hands, then the ruling is as mentioned. As for covering the face and hands, there is a difference of opinion, and the preponderant view is that it is obligatory, but the matter is less strict, and it is permissible to take a concession in it to avoid hardship.
