Is money derived from renting out a house that was built with mixed funds (some of which came from an unlawful source, such as music in a restaurant that serves alcohol) lawful, and is it permissible to perform Hajj and Umrah with it?

The musical work that was practiced, especially in a restaurant that serves alcohol, is a forbidden act, and the money earned from it is unlawful. Immediate repentance is obligatory, and the money obtained from this forbidden work must be spent on the welfare of Muslims to dispose of it. After that, the money becomes purified, and it is permissible to benefit from the house rent and the Hajj from it.
