What is the religious ruling regarding national federalism and the independence of the Kurds, taking into consideration what has been said about there being no religious impediment to it, by analogy with the provinces of the Caliphate state, and the repelling of injustice from the oppressed people, and what has been said that this constitutes nationalistic tribalism, sowing discord, dividing the Ummah, and achieving the goals of the disbelievers?

Muslims have faced conspiracies that led to the fragmentation of their unity, starting with the overthrow of the Islamic Caliphate in 1918 by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. This resulted in the division of Islamic homelands according to the Sykes-Picot Agreement and the establishment of a homeland for Jews in Palestine. These conspiracies led to the emergence of nationalisms and sectarian strife among the peoples of the Islamic world. These current borders and states are creations of Western colonialism, and it is not permissible for injustice to continue against any Muslim people. Unity and solidarity are good for Muslims, while disunity and disagreement are forbidden by Islamic law. Allah Almighty says: "And do not be like those who became divided and differed after clear proofs had come to them" and "And do not dispute [with one another], lest you lose courage and your strength depart."
