What is the authenticity of the hadith: "For a man to jostle a pig wallowing in mud or mire is better for him than for his shoulder to jostle the shoulder of a woman unlawful to him," and what is its intended meaning?

The Hadith (definition): "Beware of being in seclusion with women; by the One in Whose Hand my soul is! No man is secluded with a woman but Satan enters between them. And for a man to jostle a pig covered in mud or filth is better than for him to jostle his shoulder against the shoulder of a woman who is unlawful for him," is very weak. The authentic Hadith, "For a man to be stabbed in his head with an iron needle is better for him than to touch a woman who is not lawful for him," suffices for it.
