Is it permissible to work without insurance while benefiting from the unemployment allowance designated for the mother, due to the absence of any other source of income?

Such matters are referred back to the conditions set by the granting authority, based on the Almighty's saying: "O you who have believed, fulfill [your] contracts," and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." If the state stipulates absolutely no work, then you are not entitled to the grant if you work. If it stipulates not working in jobs that have insurance, then your right to the grant is not forfeited by working in jobs that do not have insurance. Similarly, if it means by "work" what is permanent or stable.
