Is it considered polytheism (shirk) to say that the prophets, peace be upon them, performed miracles by the permission and power of Allah, such as Jesus, peace be upon him, raising the dead, or that Allah will grant the Antichrist (Al-Masih Ad-Dajjal) the ability to raise the dead by His permission?

It is not permissible to declare someone an infidel for saying this, because Allah informed us that Prophet Isa (Jesus), peace be upon him, brought the dead back to life by His permission and power, as stated in His glorious words: "and I bring the dead to life by Allah's permission" [Al-Imran: 49], and His saying: "and when you brought forth the dead by My permission" [Al-Ma'idah: 110]. The true Giver of Life is Allah Almighty. The Dajjal claims to bring to life by Allah's power. Allah is the Creator of humanity and has given them will, volition, ability, and choice. He Subhanahu is the Creator of His servants and their actions, and everything is by divine decree. He is the Creator of every doer and their deeds; there is no creator other than Him, and no lord besides Him. Servants have the ability and will over their actions, and Allah is their Creator and the Creator of their ability, will, words, and actions. Allah does not burden them beyond their capacity. The will of the servant is from Allah's creation and is restricted by His will, Subhanahu: "And you do not will except that Allah wills" [At-Takwir: 29].
