The answer

You are required to initiate the making up of your fasts before the next Ramadan begins, if you have no valid excuse. Istihada (prolonged vaginal bleeding outside of menstruation) is not an excuse for delaying the make-up fasts, as a woman experiencing istihada fasts and prays and has all the rulings of ritually pure women, except that she performs ablution for every prayer. If you delayed making up the fasts without a valid excuse until the next Ramadan began, then you have sinned, and it is obligatory upon you, in addition to making up the fasts, to pay a fidyah (expiatory payment) of feeding one poor person for each day.
