What is the ruling on divorcing a wife six times in multiple fits of anger, knowing that the wife was cohabited with after some of these divorces, and that various fatwas were issued concerning her, leading to the issuance of a judicial divorce decree?

The Sharia Court has the final say in the matter of repeated divorce, and its ruling is obligatory to implement. Repeated divorce is an error and a mockery of Allah's verses. If a wife is divorced three times, she becomes irrevocably separated (baynunah kubra), and it is forbidden to cohabit with her. She does not become lawful for him again unless she marries another man in a valid and sincere marriage of desire, and he consummates the marriage with her, and then divorces her. The husband must repent sincerely and ask the scholars in his country about the possibility of the marital relationship resuming.
