How was the Qur’an a miracle for non-Arabs who do not know Arabic?

The Quran is a miracle for all people, Arabs and non-Arabs alike, but the facets of its miraculousness are numerous. For eloquent and articulate Arabs, the miraculousness is evident in the Quran's eloquence and linguistic style. As for non-Arabs and non-eloquent Arabs, the miraculousness appears to them in the meanings and rulings of the Quran, in its foretelling of unseen matters, and in its challenge that no one can produce speech resembling it in any language. This proves that the Quran is not human speech, and that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, is truthful in his call.
