Is it permissible for a Maliki Muslim to pray and break their fast with the Adhan of the Ibadi school of thought, which calls the Adhan ten minutes or more before the Maliki school of thought?

Prayer is not valid until its prescribed time has begun. Fasting requires abstaining from food and drink at the break of true dawn. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, clarified the timings of the prayers. The rulings of the Ibadi jurists regarding prayer times are consistent with those of the Sunni jurists. The fundamental principle is that the call to prayer (adhan) should be made to announce the entry of the prayer time, except for Fajr, where it is permissible for the adhan to be called before its time, followed by a repeat adhan when the time actually begins. There is no disagreement between the Ibadis and the Malikis concerning the commencement of the times for the five daily prayers.
