Issues involving disputes and conflicts are referred to the شرعي court.

It is not permissible for a woman to conceal the waiting period (iddah) so that her husband cannot take her back, but her statement is accepted outwardly, based on the Almighty's saying: "And it is not lawful for them to conceal what Allah has created in their wombs," and because the end of the iddah is known only through her.

If the judge rules for divorce based on the woman's statement regarding the end of the iddah, and she was untruthful, the divorce is valid outwardly but not inwardly, because the judge's ruling does not change the reality of the ruling inwardly.
