Is saying "I will take you to your family's house" considered one of the major sins in Sharia, and does it entail paying compensation for clothing and gold?

"The spouses must live together amicably. The husband is not permitted to expel his wife from his home merely due to a disagreement; if he does so, her maintenance does not cease. If the wife takes from the husband's money for maintenance in a reasonable manner, there is no sin in it. Anything in excess of that is not her right, except with his consent. The wife must obey her husband by returning to his home unless she has an excuse. Her family has no right to prevent her or to stipulate gold or clothing for her return. It is advisable for the husband to go and bring her back, and to give her a gift of gold or clothing as an act of kindness and to mend her feelings, especially if her family considers his threat to send for them an offense."
