Is it permissible for a person living in a non-Muslim country to work in the "Judiciary" as a member of a "jury" that determines the guilt of the accused?
The judgment rendered against a convicted person must be based on the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, even if the judgment is against disbelievers. This is based on Allah Almighty’s saying: "So judge between them with justice. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly," and His saying: "And judge between them by what Allah has revealed." It is not permissible to work in a jury or any department of the courts that judge by other than Allah's law, because that would be judging by other than what Allah has revealed.
