Is it permissible to perform ghusl (ritual bath) while an insulin pump and a glucose monitoring device are attached to the body with an adhesive tape that is difficult to replace? And does the ruling differ if the reason for ghusl is a major ritual impurity such as sexual intercourse?

The entire body must be covered with water during ghusl (ritual bath). If there is an adhesive substance whose removal would not cause harm, it must be removed. However, if its removal would cause financial harm due to its high cost, it is permissible to leave it and perform tayammum (dry ablution) in its place. Intercourse is permissible for someone who cannot find water, without any dislike, and tayammum should be performed afterwards, because intercourse is permissible and only prohibited by a specific text, whereas masturbation is forbidden and must be avoided.
