Is it considered a lie to claim that the price of the land reached 100 while it did not exceed 80?

What this person is doing falls under forbidden lying, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Beware of lying, for lying leads to wickedness, and wickedness leads to the Hellfire. And a man continues to lie and strives to lie until he is written as a great liar with Allah." The sin increases if he swears falsely in buying or selling, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There are three whom Allah will not speak to, nor look at, and they will have a painful torment... the one who drags his garment out of conceit, the one who reminds others of his favors, and the one who sells his goods by false oath."
