What is the ruling regarding someone who honors his parents but does not pray, wishes to perform Hajj but does not possess wealth for Zakat, and what should he do?

"Abandoning prayer is a grave sin, but sincere repentance erases it. Therefore, you must observe prayers diligently and increase your acts of obedience. You must make up for missed prayers to the best of your ability, which is the view of the majority of scholars. Hajj is one of the expiators of sins. Zakat (definition) is not obligatory upon you as long as you do not possess the minimum taxable amount (nisab (definition)). However, if zakat was previously obligatory upon you and you did not pay it, it is a debt upon you that must be settled as soon as you have the money, and it takes precedence over Hajj."
